Our greatest asset at Dreamfit is our people however we currently require more people to help us out at our Bentley premises.

If you are:
- honest;

- self motivated (requiring coaching rather than supervision);
- dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated
- hard-working.
- organised and self managing
- computer literate
- have good written and spoken English skills
- sales skills desirable
- able to create internal systems
- experienced in managing a small team of staff

Roles and positions that are currently available from time to time include:
- Office management such as answering phones and taking messages
- Initial handling of sales enquiries
- Opening up and closing the workshop
- Writing letters and preparing grant applications
- Providing personal assistance to the business owner such as appointment setting
- General tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the business
- Setting up internal systems
- Working Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm (part time may also be an option)
- Interviewing and employing potential new staff and volunteers
- Graphic design work
