Dreamfit Hand-controlled Motorcycle
The Dreamfit hand-controlled motorcycle was inspired by the dreams of Shane Thompson.
A former motocross champion and motorcycle shop owner, Shane's life changed when he became a paraplegic after a tragic motorcycle accident.
When Shane met Dreamfit Founder, Darren Lomman, he revealed if he had just one wish, it would be to ride his motorcycle again. Motivated by Shane's dream, Darren spent the next three years researching and developing the Dreamfit motorcycle with the help of local businesses who donated parts and in-kind services. The motorcycle is completely hand-controlled and features a stability system for when the motorcycle is slowing down or stationary.
The Dreamfit motorcycle is registered for road use in Western Australia and has been ridden in a number of charity events, including The Making a Difference Charity Ride.
The Motorbike was also featured on Your Business Success, television program.
